If you read the sale page for the doll that interests you carefully, it usually tells you what comes in the box with your doll. Unless you bought a fullset or one of the Rare Dolls that automatically comes with a wig and simple clothes (e.g. underwear or a simple t-shirt), you will usually only get the doll, a pair of random eyes, and some kind of padding (the company may call it a pillow or blanket) to keep the doll safe in the box. Generally speaking, if you want makeup, wigs, clothes, extra eyes, or any other items, you have to buy them separately.
