went from outgoin full of life person to fearin everything socialising drinkin anything in d matter of a year?
im 21 been in relationships since i can remember. havent been in one since i got pregnant last january 2006 (had baby girl in sept) her dad left me within wks even tho he was d one who wanted baby in the first place. parents took awhile to accept it sufferd from TERRIBLE depression wen i had her feelin low no point in livin etc took me up untill last month to get tru that.. fingers crossed ill keep sane:) but one thing that is stuck is fear. fear of trying new things goin on holidays goin out, gettin in taxis. not been able to go out wit out a rosary beed. honestly a FEAR of ANYTHING now im not sayin i wont do these things.. cause i will but just cant enjoy them or be happy till im at home. alot of people say its cause my "mother wrapped me up in cotten wool and i repsect her too much that she made me afraid" but i used to be so out goin up for a lagh and joke wit my friends goin on trips etc now i cant even have a glass of water with out washin the glass twice.. what is wrong wit me
The long time of being in relationships, then all the upheaval tears you up pretty bad, and It unfortunately takes time to get over. I'm 21 myself and had to leave my wife due to being in an emotionally abusive situation (and from the father's emotional backflip towards your child I would call that emotional abuse on you). It has taken me about 12 months to start getting my life back together and I haven't got a child from it either, which will make things a little harder I guess. But I definitely wouldn't put any blame on your mother because she loves you she may not have done what was quite best for you, I don't know but she did the best she could which is all anyone can ask. She is probably beating herself up about your situation wondering what she could have done better to prepare you (I know my mother did and I think still does at times for my situation) But hang in there there will be a light at the end of the tunnel, youre young hey 21 leaves us with probably another 60 years ahead of us, though maybe a doctor could prescribe you an anti-depressant to help you on your feet initially, or also St Johns Wart is a good thing to take from the natural options for both anxiety and depression.
But all said and done, chin up keep on living if only simply for your family, get some support. and in time the rest will come
